Global Outreach Ministries
At Harvest we believe that anyone who is a follower of Christ is called to take part in the "Great Commission”--to make disciples of all nations. God has always had a heart for all people groups. As a church, we are committed and passionate about bring the Good News of Jesus in word and deed to people around the world.
Because there are so many needs/opportunities yet limited time and resources, we are guided in our outreach efforts by what we call the Outreach Triangle. We want to make sure that any outreach we do focuses on one of the following three key areas.

EVANGELISM – This represents our focus on the lost, which we define as those who are far from God. We want to lead many into a life-giving relationship with Jesus Christ. (Romans 10:14-15, Matthew 9:37-38)
EQUIPPING – This represents our focus on leaders. Because we can't go very frequently to faraway places, we choose to make an investment in local leaders who can continue to make an impact long after we've returned home. (Ephesians 4:11-12)
EMPOWERING – This represents our focus on the least, which we define as those who are marginalized and overlooked by the societies in which they live. We want to meet the felt needs of others and empower them to continue taking their personal next steps. (Micah 6:8, Luke 4:18-19
